Payments
Terms
We will
accept personal or company checks from accounts in good standing. Any
checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be assessed a $25.00 service
charge plus bank fees.
Orders paid by check or money order are shipped as soon as payment
arrives by mail. We do not currently offer credit terms. Government P.O.'s
are accepted.
We do not require a tax ID# on company purchases, nor do
we impose a minimum order requirement. The prices listed stand as such for
the quantity levels shown. If you are interested in purchasing any of our
products in much larger quantities, please contact us for a direct
quote.
Tax/Duty
Customers pay tax and duty charges in his country.
Delivery
We will
tell you honestly what to expect, rather than disappoint you with broken
promises and failed delivery. Given the nature of the Audio Industry, it
is impossible for any vendor or manufacturer to maintain a 100% fill rate.
Most of the products are readily available and ship within 72 hours of
your order. If there is a backorder problem, we will notify you promptly
and provide an estimated shipping date.
Cancel Unshipped Items
You can also cancel unshipped non-custom items. To do that, send an
e-mail to info@stan-white.org. Include your order number and the part
number(s) of the item(s) you wish to cancel. Orders for custom-made items
may not be canceled once the order is in production. These items require
various lead times to manufacture, and may require pre-payment or a
non-refundable deposit prior to production. Please e-mail us for specific
details and terms for special orders.
Returns
We are very
reasonable people when it comes to returns, but we do have the following
policies: You must call or email for a return authorization prior to
sending us a return. We will refuse delivery of any package not clearly
marked with an return authorization (RA) number, and it will be returned
to you. Custom made speaker systems are not returnable. If a
non-returnable item is defective, we will gladly repair or replace the
item. We will not accept the return of any item that is not in its
original packaging with all manuals, original packing material and
warranty cards in place. We will not accept the return of of loudspeakers
where identification tags have been removed.
After 30 days, all sales are
final. Should you experience a problem with any product purchased from us
after 30 days, we will gladly assist you with any applicable warranty
claims with the manufacturer.
Claims
All items purchased from us
are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss
and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are
unable to initiate claims for goods damaged in transit. It is your
responsibility to initiate claims for orders damaged during shipment. All
claims must be placed with the carrier within five days of your delivery
date. Please open packages immediately. Retain all damaged packaging for
inspection by the carrier.
